Engineering :
Every gear, spline or assembly part that we manufacture starts as a project for our engineering department.
With the aid of CAD/CAM systems, every customer drawing is translated into an Limoz drawing so that our shop will have a consistent format to work to,and to make sure that every stage of manufacture is governed by tolerances and procedures essential to the end product.
When our customer sends us samples we make the same stages on production.Production quantity ranges from 1 to continious production.
Quality Assurance :
Quality at Limoz is the responsibility of every machine operator. When a drawing is released by Engineering the first document goes to Quality Control Department.
It is his responsibility to each dimension tolerance to indicate whether ( 100 % inspection) or an appropriate AQL sampling of the characteristic.
If required, the document package that accompanies our shipment can also include material analysis, heat treatment certification and dimension results.
